Shipping and Handling

Postage and handling costs depend on the overall weight of your purchase and your shipping address. When ordering through EJ Creative Flair, the postage and handling costs will automatically be calculated prior to purchase.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Free Shipping:
  • Free Shipping is available for orders over $75 (excluding shipping costs) within Australia only.
  • Goods will be shipped via Australia Post using Registered Post or Parcel Post, depending on your order.
  • Tracking of your order to your nominated shipping address is available through the Australia Post website.
  • A signature is required on delivery for your order. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave details for pickup of your order.
  • Estimated delivery time is 4-10 business days from date of dispatch.
    Registered Post:
    • Goods will be shipped via Australia Post.
    • Tracking of your order to your nominated shipping address is available through the Australia Post website.
    • A signature is required on delivery for Registered Post items. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave details for pickup of your order.
    • Estimated delivery time is 4-10 business days from date of dispatch.
    Express Post:
    • Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days in all Australian capital cities (except Darwin) from date of dispatch. Delivery can take up to 3 business days.
    • Express Post enables you to track the delivery through the Australia Post website to your nominated shipping address.

    OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

    We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom, United States and New Zealand.

    Goods will be shipped via Australia Post Air Mail. Please contact me to arrange alternative international delivery options.

    Air Mail delivery from Australia is 5-21 business days and tracking is not available.

    EJ Creative Flair takes no responsibility for any customs charges or import duties.

    General Shipping Information

    Please be sure to provide your correct and current shipping address when you place your order. If you have entered the wrong shipping address you will need to contact me to change this. Altering your shipping address via your account after you have placed an order will not work, as your invoice has already been generated. If your order fails to reach you due to incorrect shipping information provided when your order was placed, you will be required to pay extra shipping charges to resend your order. Delivery charges are per order. An order can be shipped to one address only. If you require an order to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

    Order and Shipping Notifications

    You'll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number sent to your registered email. Your order status will then be marked as completed. If you do not receive the order complete confirmation email, go to the My Account page and click on your order to get the tracking number.

    Please be advised that depending on your email security settings, our confirmation email may be received as SPAM. Check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' mail inbox periodically. Also, be sure to add ericajane@ejcreativeflair.com.au to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox.

    For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas, Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature. A card will also be left with pick up details.

    We accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system.
